Valuation of goods and services means that customers seek price appraisal companies to request valuation of assets on goods or services to determine the exact value of such goods or services. to help customers achieve their goals.
When assessing prices of goods and services, appraisers must ensure two basic principles as follows:
1) To ensure that the actual cost of production and business is to be offset reasonably and profitable in accordance with the market value and the States socio-economic development policies and policies in each period that have an impact on the goods and services.
